NOTICE ON INTERNSHIP ROTATIONS 2026

Dear Students,

This notice outlines the requirements and procedures for your Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship (CRMI) starting in 2026. Please read carefully and comply with all deadlines.

1. Internship Options

You may complete your internship either:

Outside China—at a hospital recognized by the Medical Council, Ministry of Health, or relevant government health organization of that country (eg. NHSRC, PMDC in Pakistan) .

At JJU hospitals—

No. 1 Affiliated Hospital (16 seats)

No. 2 Affiliated Hospital (50 seats)

2. Application and Documents Submission

Complete and submit the Application Form for Hospital Internship Rotations to the FIS (Academic Office 604) before the deadline.

Required documents (tick ☑ in the form):

l Passport and newest visa/RP copy

l Fee payment receipt / proof (5,000 Yuan to JJU Account, proposed before 1 July 2026)

l Chinese language proficiency (HSK Level 4 or equivalent, for JJU hospital internship only)

l Confidentiality Commitment for International Interns (for JJU hospital internship only)

Other certificates if needed (e.g., Student Registration Memo, Character Certificate, No Objection Certificate, etc.)

4. Degree and Graduation Requirements

To receive your Bachelor’s Degree, you must:

l Pass all academic subjects (including second attempts)

l Provide authentic internship documents:

① Acceptance Letter / Office Order

② Mid-term Internship Evaluation Form

③ Internship Appraisal Booklet

④ Internship Certificate

l Complete at least 48 weeks of internship rotations

l Chinese language profieciency (HSK Level 5 or equivalent – required for degree

If you meet all requirements except Chinese language proficiency, you may apply for the Graduation Certificate only.

5. Degree Application Postponement

If you cannot complete your internship and obtain the certificate by June 2027, you may postpone degree application to:

December 2027, or June 2028, but no later than June 2029.

6. Re-exam Policy (for June 2026 final-term failures)

Re-exam in July or September 2026 – if passed, you graduate on time.

If you fail or skip the July or September re-exam, you may take the last clear re-exam in June 2027, but graduation will be postponed by one year.
