4月22日,yL23411永利集团在竞知楼阶四教室举行2021级学生实习动员大会。副院长朱小晶、临床医学院教师王彬等出席会议,150余名国际学生参加大会。会议由白等田主持。
朱小晶对同学们提出鼓励与要求。她希望大家珍惜在校与实习的宝贵时光,认真完成理论学习,严格遵守纪律,做好实习规划,确保顺利毕业。她还就学生提出的关于实习安排、毕业条件及HSK等级要求等问题进行了现场解答。

会上,王彬在就临床实习提出四点希望。一是要敬畏生命,坚守初心,对患者怀有仁爱之心,尊重患者隐私,恪守医德与职业操守;二是勤于实践,锤炼技能,做到多问、多练、多思考,将理论知识转化为临床能力;三是遵守规范,展现专业素养,严格遵守医院规章制度,尊重带教老师,与同事密切配合;四是勇敢克服语言和文化障碍,用真诚与专业赢得患者和同事的信任。

甘霖就实习安排提出具体要求。她详细说明了实习材料的提交清单,包括《国际学生实习申请表》、护照及签证复印件、HSK4级及以上语言证明、健康证明、医疗保险证明、缴费凭证及《国际学生实习保密承诺书》等。她还指出,实习时长为至少48周,实习医院须为医学委员会、卫生部或政府认可的医疗机构。学生在实习开始前需将医院接收函发送至学院指定邮箱,并于2027年3月25日前提交《中期实习评估表》,实习结束后提交《实习鉴定手册》和医院出具的《实习证明》。江跃珍进一步补充了实习期间的注意事项,包括严格遵守医院作息制度、服从实习医院和学院的安排、遵守医疗操作规程、尊重同事与患者、注意人身和医疗安全、遵守24小时值班制度和请假制度等,并现场展示了各类所需材料的填写样本。

根据学院安排,2021级国际学生是学校招收的第十二批医学国际学生,本学期将完成在校阶段的理论学习,即将奔赴国内外认可的实习医院开展临床实践。

Internship Mobilization Meeting Being Held for 2021 Batch Students
The Internship Mobilization Meeting has been held for the 2021 batch students . The meeting was attended by Ms. Zhu Xiaojing, Deputy Dean of FIS; Mr. Wang Bin, representative from Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital and 150 students from the 2021 batch participated.
Ms. Zhu, Deputy Dean of FIS, encouraged the students and set expectations. She urged them to make the most of their time at university and during the internship, to complete their theoretical studies seriously, to strictly follow discipline, and to plan their internship well to ensure smooth graduation. She also answered students’ questions regarding internship arrangements, graduation requirements, and HSK proficiency levels.

Mr. Wang emphasized that clinical internship is a critical step in the journey from medical student to qualified physician. He put forward four expectations for the students: First, revere life and stay true to the original aspiration—show compassion to patients, respect their privacy, and uphold medical ethics and professional conduct. Second, be diligent in practice and hone clinical skills—ask more, practice more, and think more to transform theoretical knowledge into clinical competence. Third, follow regulations and demonstrate professionalism—strictly comply with hospital rules and regulations, respect supervising doctors, and collaborate closely with colleagues. Fourth, bravely overcome language and cultural barriers—earn trust through sincerity and professionalism.

Ms. Gan elaborated on the specific requirements for internships. She detailed the list of required documents, including the Application Form for International Student Hospital Internship, copies of passport and visa, HSK Level 4 or above language certificate, health certificate, medical insurance proof, fee payment receipt, and the Confidentiality Commitment for International Interns. She also stated that the internship must last at least 48 weeks, and the internship hospital must be recognized by the Medical Council, Ministry of Health, or government authority of the respective country. Before the internship starts, students are required to submit the hospital’s Acceptance Letter or Office Order to the designated email (alumni@jju.edu.cn), submit the Mid-term Internship Evaluation Form by 25 March 2027, and after completing the internship, submit the Internship Appraisal Booklet and the Internship Certificate issued by the hospital. Ms. Jiang further supplemented the important notes for interns, including strictly observing the hospital's work schedule, following the arrangements of both the hospital and FIS, complying with medical procedures, showing respect to colleagues and patients, ensuring personal and medical safety, and adhering to the 24-hour duty system and leave request procedures. She also displayed samples of the required documents for reference.

According to the school’s plan, the 2021 batch students is the 12th cohort of medical international students enrolled by the university. They have successfully completed their on-campus theoretical studies and will soon begin clinical practice at recognized hospitals in China or in their home countries.
