Bulletin | NOTICE ON FINAL EXAMINATION OF SPRING SEMESTER 2026
Dear Students,
According to the Academic Affairs Management, Academic Calendar 2025–2026, and Examination Management:
① The final examination for this semester will commence on 27 June 2026.
② The Re-exam / Clear exam for Batch 2021 BDS will commence on 25 May 2026.
③ The Re-exam / Clear exam for Batch 2021 BCM and Batch 2022 BDS will be in July or September 2026.

General Instructions (Based on Examination Management Measures):
1) Identification: Please bring your student ID card or passport and arrive at least 15 minutes before the exam starts. Latecomers by more than 15 minutes will not be admitted and will be marked as absent.
2) Prohibited Items: It is strictly forbidden to bring any books, notes, materials, mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic dictionaries, or other communication devices into the examination room. Only necessary stationery (e.g., black pen, pencil, eraser) is permitted. Any prohibited items must be placed in the designated area as instructed by the invigilator.
3) Seat & Environment: Please sit in your assigned seat. Before the exam begins, check your desk and surrounding area. If you find any text, materials, or other prohibited items related to the exam content, report this immediately to the invigilator.
4) During the Exam: All answers must be completed independently. Any form of cheating, collaborative cheating, whispering, looking around, making signals, passing answers, or using communication devices is strictly forbidden.
5) After the Exam: When the signal to end the exam is given, stop writing immediately. Wait for the invigilator to collect all papers before leaving. Do not take any exam materials (test papers, answer sheets, or draft paper) out of the room.
6) Violations & Discipline: Any violation of examination discipline (including minor or serious violations, cheating, or academic dishonesty) will be recorded on the Examination Violation Record Form. Depending on the severity, sanctions may range from a Warning to Expulsion (Dismissal). The course grade will be invalid (zero), and the student will not be eligible for a normal make-up examination.
