关于2026年春季学期学位申请的通知
各位国际学生：
根据《学士学位授予工作实施细则》、《关于取消2018级及以前学生学籍的提醒》及《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）指南》，凡达到毕业/学士学位要求的学生，可于2026年7月（春季学期）获得毕业证书及学士学位。请参照《学位申请指南》，按要求申请2026年7月的毕业证书及学士学位。请于2026年6月8日前准备好相关材料（见模板）。
第一步：准备并提交以下材料的纸质版至教务处（厚德楼604室）
1）学位申请书
2）所有课程成绩合格（提供成绩单，含补考成绩）
3）完成至少48周实习轮转，并提供真实有效的实习材料：
① 实习接收函 / 派遣单
② 中期实习考核表
③ 实习鉴定手册
④ 实习证明
4）汉语水平要求（60%及以上）：
l 2021级BDS学生：HSK四级
l 2018级及以前学生：HSK三级
第二步：提交上述材料的原件进行核验，并由相关负责人（学院院长等）在《毕业/学位申请审核表》上签署意见
第三步：按要求填写其他证书/模板信息（如需），文件命名为“姓名+年级+学号”（如：Imran Abbas (20211101073)），并将电子版材料作为附件发送至：alumni@jju.edu.cn

Bulletin｜Notice on Degree Application for Spring Semester 2026

To international students related,
Students who meet all graduation / Bachelor's degree requirements may receive their degree in July 2026 for the Spring Semester, according to Implementation Regulations on Bachelor's Degree Conferral, Reminder on Canceling Study Status 2018 & Before, and GUIDE｜Higher Education Quality Standards for International Students in China (Trial). Please follow the GUIDE on Degree Application to apply for the Graduation Certificate and Bachelor's Degree in July 2026. Please get the documents (templates) ready by 8 June 2026.
Step 1. Get the documents ready: Submit the hard copies of the following documents to the Academic Affairs Office (Houde Lou 604):
1) Degree Application Letter
2) Pass all academic subjects (transcript, including second attempts)
3) Complete at least 48 weeks of internship rotations and provide authentic internship documents:
① Acceptance Letter / Office Order
② Mid-term Internship Evaluation Form
③ Internship Appraisal Booklet
④ Internship Certificate
4) Chinese language proficiency (60%): HSK Level 4 for 2021 BDS students; HSK Level 3 for Batch 2018 and before.
Step 2. The original version of all the above materials shall be presented for verification, and opinions should be signed by the related persons (Deans) on the Graduation / Degree Application Checklist.
Step 3. Have other certificates/templates’ information filled (if needed), and rename it as: name+batch+student no. (eg. Imran Abbas (20211101073) and email the soft copy as an attachment to: alumni@jju.edu.cn.
